Dongguan Jiatong(Xunjia) Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd Was Established in March 2011 and located in Humen Town, Guangdong Province. The factory has an area of about 8,200 square meters and is a professional precision sheet metal origin manufacturer, providing customers with a full set of latest automated sheet metal production solutions that integrate Precision Laser Cutting, Fiber Cutting, CNC Robot Bending, Riveting, Welding, Broaching, Drilling, Tapping, Riveting, Shearing, Deep Drawing, CNC Machining, Metal Finishing, Assembling Etc. From blanking to spraying, some processes have been automated.
Since the establishment, the management system and team building have always been the focus of work, Jiatong XJ has successfully passed the ISO9001 2015 system qualification certification in August 2013. The ERP system was introduced in 2014. At present, 15 people with more than 15 years’ sheet metal production experience, 30 people with 10-15 years’ sheet metal work experience, and other major technical and management personnel have more than 5 years’ work experience at the same position in Large-scale foreign-funded enterprises. The Year of 2020
Adding Automatic Bending Line, including 4 sets TRUMPF TruBend 1100 bending machines with robot arm, 70% orders to be bent by robot arm, and Japan AMADA EM2612 M2 CNC punching machine were added.
The Year of 2019
Plant area expanded to 8200 square meters, 2 sets robot bending machines were added, the fourth Japan AMADA EM2510 CNC punching machine (equipped with 2 sets auto-loading and unloading system) were introduced. as well as the third Japan AMADA fiber laser cutting machine, 4 sets danish robot welding machines (Japan robot arm).
The Year of 2017
The second set Japan Mitsubishi Laser cutting machine(4500W) were added;
The third set Japan AMADA EM2510 CNC punching were added; introducing 1 set UK projector tester, Two-D tester, 2 sets self-feeder Riveting machines.
The Year of 2016
Plant area of 4500 square meters was expanded to 6500 square meters, adding dustproof painting line, welding line and assembly line, therefore JIATONG XJ became an integrated sheet metal machining factory with diversified machining techniques and services.
The Year of 2015
The second Japan AMADA CNC punching machine and 3 sets Japan TOYO bending machines were added. annual sales revenue exceeds 40 million.
The Year of 2014
JIATONG XJ moved to present address, expanded from a plant area of 2000 square meters to 45 square meters, adding the first AMADA CNC Punching machine and in-house welding production line.
The Year of 2013
JIATONG XJ passed ISO9001-2008 Certification, Adding 1 set bending machine and 56-axis-tapping machine, Annual sales revenue exceeds 25 Million.
