What is the measurement standard of cutting quality of laser cutting machine?
At present, the cutting quality measurement standards of metal laser cutting machine mainly include the following six points:
1. What is the surface roughness of the cut and processed materials.
2. Size and quantity of slag hanging on the rough edge of the cut of the material after cutting.
3. Whether the cut edge angle is vertical and whether the slope is too large.
4. The size of the cutting edge fillet of the cutting material when cutting.
5. Measure the thickness of cut stripes.
6. Flatness of cutting thickness.
7. Cutting thickness under the same power supply and the same power.
