Detailed sheet metal spraying process

After the overall shape processing of sheet metal parts is determined and completed, further treatment of appearance is required. Spraying is the last process of sheet metal processing. The common spraying process of sheet metal is plastic spraying. After the assembled and welded sheet metal is derusted in the pickling pool, the surface rust is polished with a steel wire brush. Then use the polishing machine to treat the parts with uneven concave convex defects on the surface and other positions with obvious joint. After the surface putty is cured, subsequent processes such as powder spraying can be carried out. After the above operations are completed, the sprayed sheet metal parts shall be heated in a high-temperature furnace at about 200 ° C, and then taken out and placed in a room temperature environment for natural cooling.
